How to Use Virtual Backgrounds in Facebook’s Messenger Rooms
Note: Facebook’s Messenger Rooms currently only has the capability to add virtual backgrounds through a third-party application called Snap Camera.
In order to use custom Virtual Backgrounds in Facebook’s Messenger Rooms you will have to call via a computer with a webcam and use a third-party app called Snap Camera. This opens up a wide range of exciting options because this allows the use of AR effects during your calls as well!
